Today I am sharing a fabulous makeup line, Ashley Seivert Beauty.
Ashley Seivert is a New Orleans based Makeup Artist who is 2013 launched her very own cosmetic line. I have been trying these products out for the past couple weeks, and they are AMAZING.
The Mineral Velvet Creme is a medium to full coverage foundation. It applies like a dream and gives a soft airbrush finish. Even though it is medium/full coverage it is extremely lightweight and doesn’t even feel like you are wearing any makeup. I am wearing shade New York, which is a light-medium yellow tone. To set the foundation I used the Mineral Finishing Velvet Powder. It is a lightweight powder that comes in the same shade as the foundation. Now, I have very oily skin and many foundations seem to slip right off my face. however, this one stays put. I have worn it all day long, in 100-degree weather and didn’t even have to touch up my makeup at all! I also used Glow Under Eye Brightener, which is a universal concealer that brightens as well as conceals. It can also be used as an eyeshadow primer or highlighter which is super awesome.
Now to the brushes. I received the Large Flat Top- Foundation Brush and Dome Top- Powder Brush and they are wonderful! They are excellent quality and the bristles are sooo soft. I have been using them every day and they haven’t shed at all.
In my photos above, I showed you a before, bare skinned, blemish and all (eek) and an after using all the products so you can see the difference. I will definitely be reordering these products once I use them all because I know I will. Do yourself a favor and give it a try, you can get a tester pack for only $10, You will not regret it!
