Floral Burgundy Dress

Well folks, I think winter has officially come. This weekend we have snow in the forecast and boy has it been chilly.

Needless to say when I shot this look (last week) it was much warmer, as in high 70’s.

It’s crazy how fast the weather can change, I’m going to lie, I am not ready for the cold… not at all.

I fell in love with this dress for two reasons:

1. The color

2. The print

Does anyone else gravitate towards, wine/burgundy colors near the holidays?

There is just something about it that is so festive and I love it.

I have been also been loving floral prints more and more lately, so this dress was the perfect combo.

It’s such a great piece that you can wear year round. Spring, Summer, and early Fall you can wear it just as it is.

For Winter, since it is shorter, you can get away with wearing it as a top. Some black tights and boots or a great pair of denim would look amazing.
