A couple of months ago my skin started FREAKING out. I started breaking out all over my forehead, cheeks and chin and looked like a teenager going through puberty… I had know idea what caused the sudden change. My skin is usually pretty clear, with only an occasional blemish here and there, but this was bad. I hadn’t tried out any new products or changed my diet, and everything i tried was not working.

After several trial and errors I found some products that truly changed my skin. I started using these six products every morning and night and my skin has improved dramatically. I can’t even tell you how happy I was that my skin was finally clearing up.

My skincare routine looks a little like this:

Step 1: I remove all my makeup with a makeup wipe. My favorite brand hands down are the Neutrogena ones.

Step 2: I use Dermalogica’s Pre Cleanse to remove any remaining makeup and dirt.

Step 3: I then follow up with Soap And Glory’s facial wash. It has vitamin C and makes your skin feel so refreshed.

Step 4: I use Dermalogica’s Micro Exfoliant ( I actually only use this about two or three times a week) It makes your skin so soft!

Step 5: I then use Paula’s Choice BHA Liquid Exfoliant toner on a small cotton round.

Step 6: I put a few drops of Dermalogica’s Age Clearing Serum all over my face, specifically my problem areas. I feel like this is the real MVP product that has really helped transform my skin.

Step 7: I then press the Dermalogica Phyto Replenish Oil into my skin.

Step 8: I finish with Heladerm’s Advanced Aging Illuminating Cream.

I have also been trying to drink a lot more water as well, which seems to be helping!
